You need to create org.sangam.plugin and org.sangam.plugin/data folder under your ECLIPSE_HOME/plugins folder. Sycnshare server looks in "data" folder for server password (adminpw.dat) and board/user related information.

This step is necessary so as to get the icons in the right location of your runtime workbench. The runtime workbench is where we will be testing Sangam. It is a new instance of Eclipse which is started from an existing Eclipse instance, and is of great use- as you dont have to close your original eclipse and restart it everytime (plugin development would be almost impossible if you had to mess with your original eclipse installation).
