Vision

• To provide a robust platform for distributed pair-programming.
• To promote collaboration and team-building efforts in distributed teams.

Mission

• To deliver a pair-programming plugin for Eclipse that retains usability over low-bandwidth connections.
• Release 1 : An end-to-end plugin to be rolled out on May 12, 2004. The plugin will allow shared editing, saving, and running of programs.
